I will help you generate more self-awareness, learn strategies to stay focused and in the present moment, and build better habits that will improve your game and your life as a whole. Whether you are struggling with negative self talk, consistency of play, rehabbing from injury, communication with coaches, teammates and family, or more, we can work together to take your game to the next level. It's important to train your body, and it's important to train your mind.
